KLCCP STAPLED GROUP comprising of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad and KLCC REIT (being part of the KLCC Group of Companies), (“KLCCP Stapled Group” or “We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Reference to “KLCC Group of Companies” herein refers to KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries and controlled companies.

Komitmen Kami Terhadap Privasi Anda

Notis Privasi ini menggariskan bagaimana Kumpulan Syarikat KLCC memproses data peribadi anda dari segi bagaimana kami melindungi data peribadi di dalam mematuhi Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709).

“KLCC” atau “kami” di dalam Notis ini merujuk secara individu atau bersama entiti di dalam Kumpulan Syarikat KLCC termasuk syarikat induk, anak syarikat, syarikat usaha sama dan syarikat sekutu.

Persetujuan Anda Penting

Apabila anda berhubung dengan kami anda mungkin diperlukan untuk memberi data peribadi anda. Dengan memberikan data peribadi anda, bermaksud anda bersetuju membenarkan kami untuk memproses data peribadi itu berdasarkan garis panduan yang tertera dalam Notis Privasi ini.

Jenis Data Peribadi Yang Diperolehi

Antara jenis maklumat yang diperolehi termasuk dan tidak terhad kepada nama, alamat, nombor untuk dihubungi, umur, jantina, pekerjaan, status perkahwinan, informasi lain seperti pendapatan, nombor kad identiti atau pasport, tempat dilahirkan, sejarah kredit dan sejarah transaksi

Terdapat dua kategori data peribadi iaitu maklumat yang diberi kerana wajib dan maklumat tambahan yang diberi secara sukarela. Data peribadi yang wajib diberikan adalah untuk memastikan kami boleh memberi maklumat mengenai produk atau perkhidmatan kami. Tanpa data peribadi tersebut, kami tidak dapat memberikan produk atau perkhidmatan kami kepada anda. Data peribadi yang diberi secara sukarela adalah maklumat bukan wajib yang diberikan kepada kami. Sekiranya anda tidak memberinya, kami masih boleh memberikan produk atau perkhidmatan kami kepada anda. Data peribadi wajib dan sukarela berbeza untuk setiap produk dan perkhidmatan serta akan dinyatakan di mana perlu.

Tujuan Pemprosesan Data Peribadi

  • Untuk menyelenggarakan rekod berkaitan sekuriti, dakwaan atau lain-lain tujuan undang-undang
  • Untuk urusan keselamatan tetamu / penyewa / bangunan / premises kami
  • Untuk mematuhi kehendak undang-undang dan peraturan
  • Untuk sebarang tujuan yang diperlukan atau dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang, peraturan atau pihak berkuasa

Perkongsian Data Peribadi

Data peribadi anda akan disimpan sulit. Namun demikian, bagi membolehkan kami memberikan produk dan perkhidmatan yang berkesan dan berterusan, dan mematuhi segala peraturan dan undang-undang yang ditetapkan, kami mungkin perlu berkongsi data peribadi anda dengan:

  • Rakan-rakan strategik kedua–dua KLCC dan Kumpulan Syarikat PETRONAS
  • Dengan jabatan–jabatan dalaman KLCC dan/atau Kumpulan Syarikat PETRONAS
  • Agen dan pembekal perkhidmatan yang diberi kuasa oleh kami untuk aktiviti, perkhidmatan atau program yang telah tertera dalam perjanjian kontrak kami

  • Penguatkuasa peraturan serta agensi kerajaan berhak mendapatkan data peribadi anda jika diberi kelulusan oleh pihak mahkamah

Perkongsian data peribadi anda turut meliputi perpindahan maklumat ke luar negara jika perkhidmatan yang diminta oleh anda memerlukan kami untuk melakukannya. Kami juga berhak untuk memindahkan data peribadi anda ke luar negara untuk tujuan penyimpanan data.
